Productivity
1-Click Web Macro Player
Manage 100s of accounts as fast as one click to run a web macro. Once you save a login with Web Replay, it creates a web macro which you can run from Web Replay toolbar or system tray icon. Your saved web macros are organized by tags (i.e. 'Emails' tag). Running your web macro is a simple 1-click action: just click the toolbar button Web Replay created for it in your browser. You have not opened your browser yet? No problem: just click Web Replay system tray icon, choose a tag, click a macro and you're there, signed into your account.
One smart choice to be even more productive using Web Replay macros is to save a Tag shortcut on your desktop or Quick launch and, at startup, just double click the tag icon and all the websites saved into it will run in new tabs and you're signed into all at the same time, following the same scenario: Web Replay opens the default browser, navigates to the login page, enters the username and the password and you're logged into your websites.
Automatic Form Filling
The more you are into social networking, online shopping, online banking the more the hassle from filling out long registration, checkout forms.Using Web Replay enhanced form filler you'll discover that long, annoying web forms are being filled in automatically with a single click. Take a short time and create a profile (or several), fill it in with your data and store it within the encrypted database. The next time you come across a web form, the fields for name, address, etc., will automatically turn green, letting you know that they can be filled in with a single click. If you'd rather have only some web forms filled in, make use of the selective form filling by highlighting those fields in the browser or drag and drop your data from profile panel, conveniently integrated into your browser window.
2-Page Login Web Macro Recorder
Recording all your repetitive web actions which you perform on a daily basis is another option to automate your internet experience. You will notice a button in your Web Replay toolbar which, once pressed, will carry out all the tedious typing and clicking for you so that there remains just one click web macro instead. Note that 2-page login websites as those for banking accounts can be recorded this way and then run in 1 click anytime: Web Replay Password Manager opens your browser, navigates to the page for username, enters your username, then navigates to the password page, enters your password and clicks the submit button for you.
IE9 Taskbar and Address bar Integration
The feature is available on IE9 -> Win 7 taskbar and it works like this: first drag an IE tab with a login page and pin it to taskbar. Next time when you want to log into your account, click website icon on the taskbar, the page opens and there are no add-ons, but Web Replay's. The fields are green and auto-filled with your username and password and you can log into your account, as simple as a click to the submit button. No fingers attached. Plus, you can still choose what username and password to auto-fill if you saved more than one account to the same website.
Your Favorites are your new web macros. Saving a new website with Web Replay Password Manager results in a new Favorite website creation. So when you type website domain you will see under Favorites category all Web Replay web macros you saved for that website. Just click the web macro you want to run and you're there, signed into your website.
Management
Full-Featured Password Manager
With Web Replay you get a complete solution for managing your myriad passwords from the moment you enter a password on a web site to the moment you go portable and use you mobile devices for logging in to web sites. On your desktop, it seamlessly integrates with the Web Macro Recorder delivering a reliable solution even for non-standard logins, or multiple pages login-forms (online banking).
Shared Bookmarks between IE and Firefox
Web Replay uses a shared bookmark database, meaning that whenever you bookmark a page in IE you'll
see it in Firefox and vice versa. Even better, all your bookmarks will stay private since they are
stored within an encrypted database that only you can unlock with the master password you set.Keep your
bookmark collection organized. Sync between your computers (home, work) or between your desktop and your
mobile devices. Thus, your growing bookmark collection will always be up-to-date.
Safe notes safer than sticky notes!
Any sensitive or confidential information that you may keep on sticky notes, can now be turned into a safe note. "Extremely private" information, such as PIN numbers, bank accounts, software serial keys can be quickly added and kept away from prying eyes. All the data you save is kept in a strongly encrypted database, on your local hard drive.
Security & Privacy
Strongly Encrypted Database
All the information you save with Web Replay is strongly encrypted and stored localy, on your drive.
That means that none of these data leaves your computer. Latest desktop database technology from Microsoft
featuring government approved encryption is used. No home-made encryption algorithms that vulnerable to
attacks.
Back up and restore bookmarks and passwords!
This feature protects you from losing any data if your computer fails or if you accidentally delete some entries. You should regularly backup your databases to prevent losing the stored information or if you use multiple databases (work, home) that you use alternatively. There are many options you can use to backup you data(external hard drives, CDs, flash drives, online services). Restore any of these databases at anytime and get the automated web going again.
Built-in Phishing Filter!
When you save you credentials with Web Replay, it stores the information of that particular web site and refers to it as the "authentic" login page. From that moment on, whenever there may be an attempt of phishing attacks, Web Replay will not fill in any login form and will give you visual hints (the login fields will not turn green) letting you know that web page you're on might be a fraudulent one.
Knock out keyloggers!
Using Web Replay Macro Recorder you literally log in to web sites automatically, which means you won't need to type anything. Keyloggers are practically defeated since no keystrokes are used or other manual typing that it's their top vulnerability attack.
Customization
Customizable toolbar
Web Replay toolbar delivers a set of default toolbar buttons so that everyone can access the core features with a single click. If you rather have only a some buttons in your toolbar (the ones you use most often) or to display only icons or selective text instead of buttons, you can access the "customize toolbar" window from where you can actually re-arrange and redesign the toolbar the way it best fits your needs.
Schedule Web Macros!
This hectic world has turned us into multitaskers but the more things we are compelled to do the more
the risk of forgetting some of them. If you're expecting an important mail from your bank at 6pm,
the only thing you are going to think about that day is not to miss the moment and answer it a little bit
"too late". With Web Replay, you create a web macro for logging you into your bank account automatically,
name it (e.g. "finances") and set it to run exactly at 6 pm, using Windows Scheduler. Set it and forget it
but be always in time!
Tags!
Any data (logins, web macros, bookmarks, safe notes) you store with Web Replay can be tagged with
one or more keywords that are meaningful to you. If you find a site to be useful to you for several
reasons, add the relevant tags to it, or even personal notes and use the search panel to find it
a flash by simply typing anything you remember about that web site (one of the tag words, a part of the URL).
Groups!
One of the coolest things you can do inside Web Replay toolbar is to group the individual items (logins, bookmarks) into compact groups that you can tag with meaningful words to you (e.g. the group called "networking" can contain all the logins you have to social networking sites) or to create more personal grouping (e.g. the group called "morning coffee" can contain all the logins to the sites you usually visit in the morning: mail, your bank, twitter).
Nitty-gritties
Online Banking
Web Replay is, perhaps, one of the most versatile password managers available. If you've been using
online banking for a while then you know that the login process can be a huge time-consumer. Even so,
you might be reluctant to trusting your sensitive information to your browser's built-in password
manager. Web Replay outfoxes any other stand-alone or built-in password managers by having two powerful
features working seamlessly together: the Web Macro Recorder and the Password Manager. Go to your bank
account once more, but this time record all the steps you take, including your passwords filling in and
store them within a macro. Give it a name! (e.g. "banking"). Visit your bank account again but this time
with the single push of a button. Press the toolbar button called "banking" and just watch how Web
Replay does all the work for you.
Yes! First, because Web Replay logs you in automatically only to the "authentic" sites, that you originally created the macro for. Secondly, your sensitive data is strongly encrypted, on your local drive.
How is it possible?
Web Replay is the only password manager which understands complex or non-standard login forms used by financial institutions. Give it a try and see it for yourself!
Communication &
Social Networking!
Keep in touch or join new online friends! Sounds easy, but when you think about all the form filling
and the repetitive steps you need to take, you might give it a second thought and put it on a "to-join-later
list" rather than on a "already-joined" list. With Web Replay all the manual typing and password filling
are turned into a single click act.
Works with Messengers!
Connects you automatically on Yahoo Messenger and Windows Live Messenger.
Create groups and login automatically!
Group your logins (Twitter, Facebook, MySpace) and have Web Replay logging you in altogether and automatically to all these sites, in different windows.
Instant upload means instant share!
Create a upload macro for your favorite site. Upload any files you come across with a single right click.

Accesibility!
Web Replay is designed to turn the online experience into an easy and homey environment for everyone. It can be of great help for people with visual disabilities, motor disabilities or aging related disabilities - memory impairments or low computing proficiency. They or someone they trust can create custom macros for all their regular online activities and then replay any of these macros with a single click.
Aging-Related Conditions
Never forget another password again! Store all your passwords and data in an encrypted database and manage your online finances automatically.
Repetitive stress injury (RSI).
Eliminate typing and assign shortcuts to your online accounts that will log you in automatically to any web site.
Visual Impairments
